Araami users can request deletion of their mobile app account and associated personal data. This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what data may be deleted, and what information may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, security, or order-related purposes.

How to request account deletion from the Araami app

If you still have access to your Araami mobile app account, use the in-app deletion flow.

  1. Open the Araami mobile app on your device.
  2. Log in using your registered email/phone and password. Complete OTP verification if requested.
  3. Go to My Account or Profile.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Review the confirmation message and submit your account deletion request.

If you cannot access the app

You can request account deletion by contacting Araami support. Please include enough information to identify your account.

Include your registered email address or phone number. If available, also include an order ID so we can verify the account faster.

Data that may be deleted

Once the account deletion request is verified, the following account-linked data may be deleted or anonymized where applicable.

  • Account profile details such as name, email address, and phone number.
  • Saved delivery addresses linked to the account.
  • Wishlist, cart, and app preference data where applicable.
  • Account authentication data and account-related identifiers.

Data that may be retained

Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

  • Order invoices and purchase records.
  • Payment transaction references and refund records.
  • Tax, accounting, and compliance records.
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention records.

Processing timeline

Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after verification. The exact timeline may depend on account verification, pending orders, refunds, returns, disputes, or legal retention requirements.

Deleting your account may remove access to your order history, saved addresses, wishlist, and app account features.
