Can I customize the accessories?

Unfortunately, no. Our Standard Memory Foam pillows CORECOMFORT are available in standard, president and contour sizes.

How long will the pillows take to uncompress?

No uncompression is required for the Aarami pillows, be it Standard or Contour. As for the, Cloud and Cuddle pillows, they can take upto 12 hours to uncompress. We suggest you to fluff the pillows by pressing the corners to the center and straighten them to allow air to pass through during the process of uncompressing.

I am a side/front sleeper. Are Aarami pillows suitable for me?

Yep, all kinds of sleepers can use our pillows. However, if you have a specific need, you might want to compare our pillows to find out which one suits you better.

How firm is it? Can it support the head and neck of side sleepers?

It can support the head and neck of side sleepers.

Is the pillow washable?

No. The pillow is not washable. To wash pillow, remove the memory foam insert and toss the microfibre casing for a light wash. As for our Aarami Pillows – CoreComfort, you can simply remove the cover and give it for a quick clean in the machine.

Is there a cover included? Or will we have to purchase a cover separately?

No, the cover is not included. You have to purchase a cover separately

Can anyone use this product?

Can I apply two coupon codes/ two offers?

No. You cannot two coupons or offers for a single order. You can only use one coupon code or offer at the the time of checkout.

Do you include GST in the price?

Yes! All our prices are inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes

Can I buy the Aarami through EMI?

Yes, you can. In fact, we offer very flexible EMI options of 3 to 24 months

Do you offer COD?

Sadly, no. We do not offer COD, but rest assured, all our online payment modes are quick, easy and hassle-free!

I haven’t received any confirmation email from Araami but my money was deducted. What do I do?

Don’t worry. Sometimes, issues like these arrive at the payment getaway due to technical glitches. Rest assured, your money is safe! Kindly reach out to our support team via info@dswp.online with the payment value, order number (if any) and other details and we shall definitely solve the matter for you.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the product is picked up, the refund will be issued. It can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

Are there any shipping costs?

Nope. Shipping is absolutely free! You only have to pay extra in case of special requests e.g., delivery via airmail.

When will Aarami order be delivered?

Our delivery timelines are entirely dependent on the products and the shipping pincodes. For most pin codes, delivery can take up to 7-10 days

Can my order be expedited?

We try our best to deliver within 7-10 working days, ensuring your order reaches you as fast as it can. However, you need additional expedition, we will have to ship your order by air, which will cost extra depending on your location and the product in question.

Can I cancel my order?

For cancellation requests, you will need to drop in an email to us at info@aarami.com. Please mention the reason for cancellation in your mail and we promise our team will look into the matter as soon as possible. In case your order has been shipped, any cancellation requests will not be fulfilled. If there are size changes or other changes in the order after the it is in transit, a fee for the logistics will be charged to you depending upon the product, the location and the case at hand.

Can the pillows and accessories be returned as well?

Unfortunately, no. SleepyCat accessories and pilows cannot be returned

What else is covered under the warranty provided by Aarami?

The Aarami warranty covers manufacturing defects only, which may arise from defective material or workmanship. For more information, please go through our warranty section for each product 

 How is buying from the Aarami website different from buying from other marketplaces?

Ordering from our website as compared to other websites and platforms is very different. For starters, when you order directly from Aarami means, you get access to our friendly customer care team, which can lead to faster resolutions in case of issues. Also, if you purchase from us, you can place custom orders, which is not possible on other platforms. Moreover, whatever you purchase through other channels, will only have their promotional offers.
